"Clean room and easy check in"

"This is a lovely hotel, clean and tidy with amazing staff from reception, catering and cleaning. Can’t fault it as a hotel. A few restaurants nearby but not much else. If you’re coming to Dallas, Garland is a good 45 mins away by car so make sure you have one as Public transport is zero. If you haven’t got a car be prepared to pay between $50 and $100 each way to get into central Dallas or Fort Worth…"

"It seems the food from the social hour wasn’t the quality of what it used to be, but it was still palatable. Everyone was nice. Everyone was considerate and the room was clean and quiet even for being right next to the pool, which is what we selected no regrets."

"The rooms were clean, but there was a strong smell of Marijuana throughout the inside and outside. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast area was rude and snapped at guests. The pool was not open. The website stated there was a pool but it was closed. The Ice machine most of the time has no Ice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and cheerful."
