"Breakfast, gym and sauna/steam all great. Room a little tired, with basic TV. Felt like they could do with more staff as we were hanging about to get checked in for our room, when dining and pool."

"Location was great to visit the Niece who is studying nearby and to head into Cardiff for the rugby. Public transport is well placed - a bus stop nearby took us into Pontypridd for parkrun and also the Trehafod train station for getting to Cardiff. We are at the restaurant and the food was delicious and highly recommend. Staff were welcoming and friendly. "

It’s a basic hotel and in fairness to the hotel, my room was clean and the bed comfy. Sometimes a cheap simple room on business trips are part of the job. If you want big, spacious and lively hotel, this isn’t for you."
