The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. "Clean room and amazing Staff"

"The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance."

"Hot tub does not work, per the man at the counter, it is been out since last season and yet to be fixed. Some lights in our room flickered leaving a poorly lit room. Tub faucet made a horrible noise when turning on/off and the tub itself had very poor drainage. Ice machine did not work. Both mornings, I had to find and notify staff the most of the breakfast items were empty and needed to be refilled."

"I enjoyed the swimming pool.It was very clean and nice , but they will cut off the door lock before eleven p m exiting , so you can't get out of the swimming pool on time and you cannot get into your room. Also, the blow dryer wasn't working.The t v wasn't working. The shower was dirty parking was excellent.We didn't have any towels, they would not replace our towels.No shampoo no conditioner. No ice in the ice machine we asked for more towels and they said that they don't have any until the...
