"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was poorly maintained and did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety. The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. One of the biggest issues was the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and common areas. The lobby was unbearably hot, and our group repeatedly had to ask...

"Everything was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and peaceful which is saying something because it was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was close to or at capacity."

"I liked the cleanliness of the property but unfortunately had to leave this place early due to an incident that occured with a staff member during my recent stay. During breakfast hours, I spoke with hotel staff to inquire about the lack of milk available for guests. Rather than receiving assistance, the employee got extremely angry stating " I don't know what to tell you, it happens!". The conversation escalated and the hotel representative became extremely confrontational. The employee began...

"Thoroughly enjoyed the property with two young boys 8 and 11. They loved playing basketball in the pool. Wife and I were able to get R&R while boys made friends. Staff was great and so were the facilities. Housekeeping was the only weak link but they weren't terrible."

"My stay was great here. When I arrived I was given a connecting room next to the elevator, I went to the front desk to see if I can get a more private room and it was handled with no problem. Jay at the front desk was great! The pool was clean and the maintenance women didn’t have a problem giving me anything that I needed. The hotel is near very busy roads which was convenient for food etc. It was also a 25 minute drive from the IAH airport. I’m definitely going back."
