"I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door.
The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

"We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner.
The staff were welcoming and very helpful!
We would definitely stay again!"

"When we arrived we were informed someone pooped on the pool and it was closed unsure when it would reopen. We were told we could use the outdoor pool across the street when we went over to the hotel across the street we were told they weren't affiliated with our hotel and we couldn't swim there. The ice maker was broke for over half of our stay."

"Parking was close, staff were friendly, property was clean, and my doggo was welcomed!
Only downfalls were the dirty towels, had some questionable stains on them and I am glad I brought my own, and the A/C cut out in the early morning hours. I woke up to a moist floor at 4 am trying to turn the A/C back on, also the dog fees are pretty high for a less than 12 hour stay.
Would recommend, but probably wouldn’t stay again, especially traveling with my dog."
