"I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

"We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner. The staff were welcoming and very helpful! We would definitely stay again!"

"Great quick stay"

"Parking was close, staff were friendly, property was clean, and my doggo was welcomed! Only downfalls were the dirty towels, had some questionable stains on them and I am glad I brought my own, and the A/C cut out in the early morning hours. I woke up to a moist floor at 4 am trying to turn the A/C back on, also the dog fees are pretty high for a less than 12 hour stay. Would recommend, but probably wouldn’t stay again, especially traveling with my dog."

"The staff was very friendly and our room was great!! The made to order omelets were good for breakfast. A few maintenance things were lacking. Only one elevator was working during our stay causing long waits for getting to your floor. We decided to take the stairs to avoid waiting, and discovered that there was no door handle on the door to get to our floor from the stairs, I had to send my kid to run around to another floor, take the slow elevator and open it for us. "The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived and settled in our room we decide to go down stairs and try out the Japanese restaurant and to our surprise the food was great. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel. "

"We weren't able to stay at this property due to car trouble. The staff helped us find alternative lodging where we were waiting for the car to be repaired. However, they did so with much additional pressure to purchase a vacation package at other hotels in the IHG group.The help was appreciated, the pressure was not."

"Staff are nice, breakfast is decent. Room definitely needs some improvements such as changing those broken blinds and broken floorings that they only covered with a thin rug."

"A decent, cozy hotel. Standard breakfast—good enough for a quick bite. The room was reasonably clean."

"This place reeked of marijuana the second I walked through the front doors! It permeated the ENTIRE building! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. There were people partying across the hall from us and we heard their music and them being loud until pretty late. If you like to party and smoke weed, this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to sleep and rest, I would advise you to stay somewhere else."

"When we arrived we were informed someone pooped on the pool and it was closed unsure when it would reopen. We were told we could use the outdoor pool across the street when we went over to the hotel across the street we were told they weren't affiliated with our hotel and we couldn't swim there. The ice maker was broke for over half of our stay."

"Breakfast was complimentary, and I would rate it a 7 out of 10. The property feels a bit dated with the rooms, showers, carpeting, walls, and curtains in need of updates. Additionally, there were areas in the pool area where the ceiling was leaking. However, since it was just an overnight stay, it was sufficient for my needs."

"Room was clean just needed to be detailed a bit more. The patio smoking area needed attention but it's a smoking area so what do you expect? The hotel was decent, if I was on the payroll I would of detailed the room and made sure the carpeting in the hallways was vacuumed daily. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. I loved the later check out time too. I plan on staying here again. It's close to town and the horse park."
