"The stay was brief and the hotel was alright. You could hear everything through the thin walls. The dogs and the cleaning crew at 6 in the morning. The bed was hard and horrible to sleep on."

"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. All staff who we passed in the hallways or lobby were kind and courteous. Knotts Berry Farm Park was in walking distance and there were so many shops to choose from. We had a wonderful and memorable experience."
