"Great staff, great restaurant next door "

"Hotel was nice n clean. Dining room staffs were always friendly, polite n attentive. Love everything with the hotel. My only sad thing but its not a problem was there were no 1st floor rooms available when i checked in but it was not a problem. Thank you again Hyatt n staffs for a well n comfortable stayed. "I was in room 415 and it was a decently clean room. when I entered the room, I realized that there were no towels or wash clothes.. No biggie. Housekeeping was just outside my room that they had what I needed.. Right outside my window was a house that started blasting music from about 5 to 630 on Sunday night. Again, no fault to the hotel, but kind of annoying.. the staff here were very pleasant and helpful. Price was right too."

"Doesn't look like much coming in. But once you go to check in desk meet the friendly staff, a husband and wife. Both of which are extremely kind, attentive, detail oriented, and focused on guest satisfaction. "The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool.
