"Room was clean and properly stocked, A/C worked but that's about it. We walked through the gate into some guys in wifebeater Ts, snagging and smoking a blunt. They were actually chill. Both side table lamps didn't work. bathroom doors (sliding barn door style) kept falling off the rails into us. On the second morning the hot water never came on for a shower. It was affordable but I wont be going back. 3 stars for clean and price "

"Everything was nice and beautiful besides my shower area they had long reddish or blk hair left like they forgot to clean that area "

"Manager and staff were awesome. No amenities - no TV no refrigerator no microwave no safe no telephone to call the front desk and no restaurant on site. Pool was very nice. "

"Staff were very helpful, it’s not their fault the place is kinda dingy. The plumbing is useless and if you take a shower, expect it to take an hour for the water at the bottom to drain. The sheets were thin as can be. Our tv remote didn’t work. The jacuzzi does not work as it is broken with pipes. However, it’s a cheap hotel and you will survive."

"Wonderful in every way. Exceeded expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Home was perfect. Staff were courteous and very informative. And the breakfasts were as good as anything we ate all weekend. Next time we are in New Orleans, we will certainly stay at Ashtons."

"Clean room with nice common area and outdoor pool. It’s well lit and joined with the hospital which initially was strange and we got lost couple times finding the building with hotel room and coming from parking garage but otherwise everything was good. About 15 minutes from most of attractions in New Orleans downtown and free car parking made it worth it since we had driven with our car. "

"Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. "

"My room was clean. The breakfast was decent, and our stay was comfortable. This is actually my second time staying at the residence inn. Both of my stays were nice.-"

"The room was very clean, check in was a breeze. The only thing is they had a sign in the elevator about happy hour and bites but the days of the week were incorrect and they don't have food. However this was minor. The workout room was small but clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel and the staff were very polite. We would stay there again. "

"The room was great for my daughter and I traveling together: plenty of space, large bathroom, quiet area, good location. I spilled some water on the carpet, used a white towel to clean it up, and the towel turned yellow/brown. "

"Room was clean. The pool was dirty and had trash in it. Not a heated pool, if that matters to guests. Water was too cold in late March, which is understandable. Desk staff was very very nice. "
