"Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The...

"When I arrived at the hotel the manager stated that I could only have 4 people in the room but I had my 4 children with me which made 5 people so we all couldn't be in the room together. There was no air conditioner, the sink fell through so I couldn't use the sink in my room. The manager said that I had to pay a 75 dollar deposit but the room didn't come with a microwave or refrigerator so I really didn't understand why I had to pay a deposit."

"We were so delighted with our stay-everything went smoothly. We were able to easily navigate the "check-in" process and arrived at our room with no problems. Parking is secure, the hotel rooms are quiet, cold, and clean. We will definitely book a future stay here again."

"The lady at front desk was so rude. She also gave me a card key for a room with a man in it! Scary. When I went back down and told she basically told me to be quiet! When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster. "Night shift staff were great. Day shift staff was very rude. Staff Myrick threatened to kick guess that was with me out of hotel because she outside in her car smoking. When asked night shift supervisor she said that it was fine as long as we were in the back parking lot in our cars, which we were. Checkout time came I and guest that was visiting with me confronted staff Myrick about the situation and she caught a nasty attitude."

"First of all, I would stay again. The location is close to I-10 & the neighborhood had a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods for all our grocery needs. The free covered parking was a bonus, since we visited during some heavy thunderstorms. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. The areas of improvement would include older appliances (fridge, microwave, iron) and electronics (tv). Also, the older shower head and drain could be replaced and a fresh coat of paint would help cover the wear and...

"If you live by the theory of you get what you pay for this is an incredible value. Just be prepared, know that you must bring your own stuff to cook with and room service comes when you leave not before. The rooms are really nice comfortable to a Fairfield by Marriott her Four Points by Sheraton the staff is the best thing they are great people who really want to help. I'm disabled and I had an accessible room that was unlike many and larger chains actually adhered to ADA standards."

"It is fine for an under $100 night hotel in NOLA . Just dated and it shows in the bathroom and balcony. The room was clean. The common areas were attractive and the pool was nice. Parking was free and a cross the street in an unsecured fenced area and they do post security in the front of the lobby with a clear view of the parking area. The area wasn't upscale but did not seem too sketchy right behind a major hospital."

"Great Metairie location - very convenient. Very nice and clean, but needs more interior design finishes (art on the wall, a rug or two, more pillows on the bed, a couple throw pillows on the couch, etc)."
