"Great stay in a great area of New Orleans. Walking distance to super dome and some great restaurants. Also walking distance to a large rouses. Elevators can be confusing but that’s my only complaint."

"Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

"We came into town for Jazz Fest and stayed 8 nights. Definitely enough time to form a review of this property. The staff weren’t professional, small incidents happened over the week. Regardless there’s a pool on the roof top which in that humidity is major. The room had washer and dryer also major. I’d say those were the pluses but we didn’t use either enough to say we’d stay again. Bedsheets were clean, everything worked and there’s a coffee shop downstairs as well as the streetcar line right...

No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. "Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not...

"A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!"

"The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints."

"When I arrived my code for the door didn’t work but they very quickly sent me a new one. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt safe and very clean. The studio had everything we needed they even supplied the little details like salt pepper shampoo body wash conditioner, it stayed super cool and they even provided a fan."

"Room was clean, but looked a bit dated (the carpet could use a refresh imo) but I think that’s the idea of this hotel, it’s historic etc. We stayed just one night due to cancelled flight and while walking around the French Quarter my 12 y/o daughter thought the hotel looked cool and suggested we stay there for the night. Only there one night, I didn’t know about or take advantage of any amenities expect the restaurant in the hotel. My daughter enjoyed her food. Front desk staff were courteous...
