"Do not rely on the shuttle getting you to the airport on time and do not rely on being picked up soon from the airport. I waited 1hr after before I was picked up. Several others waited more than me. One shuttle services 5 other hotel. Staff lied over and over about how much longer we would wait. Each time they said 5 more minutes."

"The amenities were great a real value for your money free Rec was a full breakfast. Very good pool Jacuzzi small fitness center free parking the staff was very very helpful. Everybody was great.

"My room TV didn’t work resulting in the room change on admission. Breakfast bar not refreshed with food timely. Waffle mix empty, meat pan had one sausage link. Same scenario the next morning no one frequently checking and refilling food ended up at Waffle House. Housekeeping came by once. Finally, $3 for a standard snicker bar!"
