Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. La struttura è in posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di palazzo reale-Orleans, praticamente 200 mt a piedi (comodissima per chi viene in aereo dall’aeroporto di punta Raisi), alla fermata dell’autobus per Monreale. "My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"The Hotel was very nice, tucked away just off, of one of the main corsi. An ideal location for all the sightseeing. The staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from the airport, and as we arrived late Peppo, checked us in and showed us our room. I was okay with the breakfast, but If you want a large brekki maybe go elsewhere for breakfast. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. Fab little Hotel"
