"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. "民泊の形態であることを直前になって連絡受けた。確認コードでは部屋に入れず、暑い中9pm過ぎに汗だくになりながら英語の話せないスタフに電話して、やり取りしなければならなかった。ホテルのつもりで予約したのに何で民泊なんだ、どこかに書いてあるのかも知れないが本当に分かりにくいし、がっかりした。エレベーターの無い2階で重い荷物持って上がり下り、最低である。 エアコンの効きが悪く1晩不快だった。翌日改善したから最低では無いが、不快な1晩は取り返せない。"
