The beauty of the room and the property views perfectly match the pictures posted. Additionally, the staff is very cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional, but there is room for improvement in the lunch/dinner menu as it lacks variety and can be quite dull. Furthermore, the mixed drinks are quite disappointing.

This is a bustling area, and you may want that. Service is exceptional, attentive, and with smiles. We asked for a view to the riverfront where we coursée the Dragon Bridge and we got that. The breakfast buffet is complementary and wonderful. The gym is not extensive and the water temperature seems to fluctuate. Guests are not supposed to smoke but we could smell through the vents. But I don’t blame the staff for other errant guests. We used the laundry service because April in Vietnam makes you sweat through all your clothes; the prices were reasonable. It was well-done and a godsend in that heat. There are tons of shopping, bars, stores, and restaurants in walking distance. You can also arrange a shuttle from the airport; I think it was less than $15 in U.S. dollars and worth it. Ask for a riverfront view!

A lot of nice steps to the 2nd level check-in. The staff had me set up with my room in a short. The room was large and clean. The balcony fits half of a person on it, but a good view of everything. I was happy to see the safe in this hotel is actually secured so you can't just take it and run. Downside is climbing in and out of a large tub to shower. The pool area was nice (also had a view) and a small workout center was next to it. Best view is from the lounge at the top of course! Felt awkward but bad about waking the desk attendant at 3a to check out. This is a convenient location that helped out, including a safe 30 minute walk to the airport. Only negative is the grab bikes that annoy you 24/7 but not the hotels fault. If I make my way back to Vietnam, I would stay here again.

OH MY GOODNESS. I'm here to look for our trip this year. Our room overlooked the Dragon Bridge. It flames on weekends, so if it's important to you, be there then. SO much walkable. My GF is Thai and ate at the next door Thai place both nights. Son soooo enjoyed the Viet at the other end of the block. Facilities were wonderful; clean, current; we were never want for charging stations. Staff was more than friendly. Cafe on ground level had delish coffee, seltzer, breakfast foods, and desserts. THE POOL. Wow. One thing: they need to check your room before you leave for anything to charge you. We will call ahead next time to save time.

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent view of the dragon bridge and the river activities at night. Super comfortable beds and with the door shut it’s nice and quiet. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great place. Great Service however our air conditioner wouldn't work. It turned out that the filter and drains were clogged. We had technicians visit our room at least half a dozen times. In the end, the issue was resolved however we lost 1-2 nights worth of good sleep.We stayed here for a total of 3 nights.

Good location & great views for Dragon Bridge
Very enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the dragon bridge. There is also a lovely coffee shop under the hotel itself. We opted for a balcony room with dragon bridge view. Balcony was tiny and only large enough for one person to stand on however the view was great. We were located on 17/F and could hear the traffic and music from local bars until midnight. This didn't effect us however something to note if you need silence for sleeping. Overall, we had a great stay; the hotel condition was good and nice service from staff.

View the Dragon!
Great location on the river with a perfect view of the dragon bridge. We were able to watch Tet fireworks from our balcony. Walkable to shopping and dining! Breakfast area is a little tight if you are there at peak time.

Very noisy and tiny bathrooms
Room was small and very noisy, could hear all traffic and karaoke singing and sirens from outside. Bed linens were not clean, one of our beds had yellow stains and lots of dust on it. The bathrooms were extremely small and one bathroom did not have a shower curtain for the shower/bathtub therefore the water went everywhere and our whole bathroom was wet afterwards. The breakfast variety and food was just ok. This location is very noisy and the windows in the room didn’t seal properly when locked and therefore did not dampened any noise.

Pros: Friendly staff. Spacious room. Decent complimentary daily breakfast. Nice pool. Cons: Noise from the street and loud morning construction noise coming from the hotel. Bathroom & tub isn’t designed well. Always big puddles of water on the floor after you shower. Gym equipment is very minimal.

This property was lovely, the staff was incredible, always helpful and kind. The rooms were a standard size, the tub would be a little scary with someone that was elderly or somewhat disabled, unfortunately the shower is also in the tub so no avoiding the situation. Complimentary breakfast every day, everyone and food was amazing, the view was beautiful as well , not to mention tons of choices. Cute coffee shop downstairs, can get very crowded at night, but still great service. Clubs next door can get a little loud with EDM music, we went one night and it was fun , but if your next to it, be sure to get some headphones, it’s pretty loud and we we’re on the opposite side. Other than that, great location, right across from the river, and tons of shopping right around the corner, we got 3 pairs of prescription glasses done in a day for very cheap, lots of jewelry stores, spas etc.. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to everyone. Also there is a rooftop bar/restaurant with live music. It was a tad windy but super fun, great food and a perfect view of the dragon bridge blowing fire.

Every one is so sweet and helpful, I would highly recommend this hotel. River is right across the street and you can see the dragon fire at night, the only thing is that there is a night club that plays EDM music so there is a lot of thumping until 3 am , we were on the river side so we only heard a faint noise , I can’t imagine if we were on the side of the club. But other than that , it’s very nice.

Reasonable new, modern and centrally located hotel. 5 mins walk to Han Market and 10-15 to Con Market. Lots of reasonably priced coffee shops and fabulous restaurants nearby. Good shopping for souvenirs and for local products. As i had a medical emergency the Manager Mr Anthony Nguyen allowed me late check out FOC. The staff all very professional and courteous and spoke good English.

This was the most lovely hotel. They welcomed us with treats and cold lemon balm scented face towels. The staff were all so nice and welcoming. The rooms were absolutely beautiful,the bathrooms were amazing and for the first time the shampoo and conditioner provided were great. The location is perfect for restaurants,shopping and ancient town. An added bonus was the free shuttle to the beach. The included breakfast was delicious and the best we had from any of our hotels in Vietnam. The prices for their private cars for airport or My Son were reasonable. The pool is lovely as well. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would😊

Amazing location
We enjoyed our 6 night stay in Danang. Friendly staff, easy check-in & very accommodating. Our room had an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge. It was comfortable, well equipped although the bathroom was abit small & no shower curtain which made showering a little challenging. Breakfast was plentiful. One improvement would be to keep the food warmer in the chaffing dishes. Too many offerings were just lukewarm. The location is very good for walking the promenade next to the river & to the Dragon Bridge for the weekend fire show. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel.

Ok hotel with ok staff. There was one very helpful young lady working in the restaurant but the rest of the staff below average. Nice location near the river.
