Unbelievable stay once again ! U won’t get better in Hoi an !! It’s a little oasis in the busy town !! As returning guests we got an upgrade again and Chloe who checked us in was fantastic ! Make sure u book a suite so u can have breakfast in the less busy temple restaurant … food selection was outstanding and all the staff are friendly and attentive… nothing to fault again !!!

Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this.

La Siesta is a quiet and relaxing place to stay within walking distance of the busy old town centre of Hoi An. The room, garden, restaurant and pools are just beautiful. The staff were excellent and everyone was helpful and friendly, making our stay very special.

An excellent experience in La Siesta

Our first time to stay in Hoi An, and we pick the La Siesta Hotel and Spa. This is the birthday celebration for my husband, and staff Emily from the Temple was so helpful by arranging a lava chocolate cake at night. Also, Long & Ngoc from the front office shows their passion to assist us during our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Hoi An

We have been to some fantastic hotels over the years, La Siesta is first class.The breakfast in the morning has everything you could ever want and if you would like something that is not there, they will get it for you. The service is excellent from housekeeping to reception. Amazing property with luxurious living! The staff will treat you like royalty and you are a motorcycle ride away from the heart of Hoi An. This property has the best spa in Hoi an and offers 4 pools to relax at! They also have great relationships with local tailors if you are coming in for custom clothing. Everything about this property is worth a visit and stay here. I’m planning to return to Hoi An and I will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Staff is amazing willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Excellent breakfast. We had the opportunity to have dinner at one of their restaurants and it was AMAZING. As a platinum member, I have been around quite a lot and this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Kwuang ( forgive me if didn’t spell right) was sooo nice and helpful. His recommendations were right on point 😉. Will stay here again if I decide to visit This great city again.
