"The rooms are small, but we did expect it. The shower was very nice with a rainfall shower head we always had hot water and good water pressure. The only I would improve is to put a light over hallway mirror to be able to see better when putting on makeup"

It looked like common areas were cleaned multiple times a day and they have lots of amenities to help with your stay. The rooms were very unique and had that organic Tatami mat smell. The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. I would love to stay here again!"

"We did really love this property and thr gardens are beautiful but unfortunately there was a huge construction site right next door that completed blocked access to the train station. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the restaurants."
