"羽田空港直結ホテルはロイヤル/エクセルと泊まったことがありましたが、今回、初めて利用しました。とても大きく海外のホテルのような雰囲気があり、新しく綺麗は部屋で、またスタッフの方々の対応もよく、大満足でした。"

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I accidentally dropped something behind the toilet and when I went to retrieve it, it was evident that area had not been cleaned recently. Otherwise, comfortable stay. I did get in late and they were very few food options – the 7-11 in the airport had limited choices. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, amenities were great and location cannot be beat for convenience to the airport."

"If you stay at this hotel you will want for nothing and everything. EVERYTHING is walking distance and the Hotel is spectacular."

"Stay was quiet, the room was so clean they give you a blue light, you would have to request an iron if you need one and a microwave is on the floor with the laundromat. There are so many options for food near by, along with a pharmacy, a coffee shop “Tullys”, a Konbini for the real Japan experience and the subway is literally just outside the door and one stop from the international airport terminal 3. "Very near train station, breakfast had a choice of japanese or western light set meals. Free shuttle to airport as well."

"It’s a wonderful place. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo but close enough if you want to be. The hotel is immaculate and the staff were helpful"

"全体的に綺麗で清潔感が漂っていて 居心地が良かったです。 アメニティも充実していてまた利用したいホテルです。"

"Second time staying here. It was another great visit! Only feedback is the coffee in the room is challenging with pour over brand- the knot Hiroshima is better. Otherwise great stay, small rooms as per Tokyo. Love the park across the way!"

"I had an amazing stay at APA. Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely kind. Excellent location. I’d definitely be back."

"全体的に清潔感があってよかった"

"Beautiful property"

"The rooms were nice and very clean and well maintained. However, the staff was less than helpful. I found the concierges not to be knowledgeable and even had quite a bit of trouble speaking English in such an International Hotel. We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs. At one point, I was waiting for my partner to return from a brief walk outside while we were waiting for a shuttle and I...

"Great place to relax and explore Tokyo. Low key neighbour close to famous areas of the city."
