The main drawback is the room layout. Storage is limited and poorly ventilated—there’s just one shelf and a small drawer in the closet, and opening the doors blocks the walkway. Shelving above the fridge is unusable due to fixed decor, and the safe is too small for a laptop. Towel space is also limited for...

"Very good breakfast, convenient shuttle to subway and airport, great view of Haneda airport. Note that the airport shuttle schedule is rather infrequent, so plan ahead. "

"Absolutely loved how clean and central this location was! It made getting around much easier as someone who has never been to Japan. The train station is across the street which is helpful, but there’s also a lot of stores and restaurants in the same area. Staff were also extremely kind and helpful to interact with. Thank you so much again! I’ll stay here again when I return back to Japan."

"Our corner room had a great view! However, I was disappointed that we did not have a tub in our room, the pillows were hard, there was no chair or table to sit at. The breakfast buffet was extensive but a lot was Japanese focused and we did not partake. The hotel was nice and staff was excellent, but it was located in not such a great environment for two older adults. I would not stay here again. I would choose to be in Shinjuku or Shibuya. It was expensive for what we got."

"The hotel and washroom space is small but very clean, the staff are helpful and nice. The Wifi is not the best (I wasn't able to use it to transfer my photos from my camera) but we found that to be the case throughout Japan. I’d recommend this hotel. "
