"No hot water"

"Water took forever and I mean like who wants to wait for 30 mins to take a hot shower? Breakfast was poor, no protein whatsoever, room smelt like it hasn't been touched in weeks."

"Hot tub in my room came in handy. I came to town for a concert and I definitely enjoyed coming back to my room and soaking in the hot tub, after standing for 6 hours. Will definitely recommend and come back when I come to indy."

When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel...

It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. "

"WiFi is a bit spotty, our room had the linoleum boards separating and the floor was sticky because of the adhesive. Over all it’s fine and kid friendly, just needs a bit of a face lift and better WiFi situation!"

"They did not have a shuttle running from the airport to the hotel when I arrived. I booked this particular hotel because of the free shuttle so that was disappointing. The room was fairly clean, but when I arrived, the air had been turned off. It was very humid and took several hours to acclimate the rooms temperature to a comfortable setting. There was a bonus having a small refrigerator and small microwave , that did come in handy , since there were no restaurants walking distance. Overall, if...

"Our stay was terrible. No staff at the front desk. We finally checked in and there was so much marajuana smoke in the hallway that we almost called the fire department. The smoke was coming into our room and we got no sleep that night. The staff does not monitor the hotel. There was no breakfast at 9 am. UNACCEPTABLE! We will never stay in a Baymont hotel again. "
