It put a damper on all of our scheduled events i had planned. No email no call no nothing. I was informed it wasnt available at the place when i arrived. "

I have tried for weeks to obtain my refund on the refundable deposit, but they give you the run around. Deposit is not done by Expedia. We followed all the rules for this place and did not leave a mess or break anything. Save yourself some a headache and looks elsewhere. "
