Warm and pleasant welcome at a quick check-in. Upgraded to a lovely suite, free of charge. Food was braw and muckle, delightful. Staff all charming and helpful. Looking forward to returning.

Room was spacious and clean. Dinner at the hotel was okay - wished more vegetarian options were offered. Buffet breakfast was disappointing as the buffet was a mess from previous customers - had to ask for more bowls/plates and there were no more bread, pastries, cheeses, etc and the buffet itself ...

Beautiful view of the harbour located near the main road into town and very near Castle Dunollie,The rooms were clean and modern with vaulted celings and very comfortable beds however the elevator was abit clostrophobic, i would also encourage any Management reading to adjust the door tensioners ...
