"The check in was good, however after a long day of working had come to motel to shower and go to bed, found that after I got into bed my bed clothes had become wet. After pulling down the covers and removing the mattress pad, someone had urinated thru the mattress pad and onto the mattress, the smell was awful, they had relocate us to another motel at 9PM, since no other rooms were available, there is no way that housekeeping should not have noticed this when putting on clean sheets or even the odor. After moving to another facility had to shower again to remove the smell. "
"Room was clean, but the door handle had seen better days. My door was left open by the cleaning crew, luckily I didn't have anything worth stealing. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent. That was the only reason I booked this hotel, the photos showed a hot breakfast included. The staff was nice and helpful."
"Was informed the ice machine was broken but could use ice trays in the downstairs refrigerator if I was “cool with that.” So many people hanging out in the lobby at the kitchen table placed there. Multiple people smoking right at the entrance door. People always congregated around the front door. Bed was hard as a rock. "
"We loved the 1912 B&B! What a cute historic house with an interesting history. Tracey and Tommy were excellent hosts, and the Spring room’s patio was perfect with the pleasant weather! Breakfast was super tasty as well :)"
"When we got there, we cancelled the reservation. The pictures on Hotel.com are not the same as the Hotel in person. We saw the rooms. They smelled so bad. I informed the desk clerk and showed him the pictures on Hotel.com. He said a third party put those pictures online. I said to him that is not right, and this is what I thought we where getting. The clerk got an attitude, and offered two more rooms. We said no and that those rooms smell terrible and we can’t stay there. He said why did we look at the rooms first. I said cancel. The room smells too bad. He gave us two receipts with zero balance."
