"Nice hotel with clean rooms, an indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. We drove here for a 1 night stay before our hike at Kanarra falls in the morning. The complimentary breakfast on a Sunday morning was nice. Even had an omelet station. We arrived fairly late at night so it was convenient that across the parking lot is a McDonald's. The pool was lackluster but my kids enjoyed it. We were on a floor with a lot of kids but it wasn't too noisy and we all slept well despite the beds not being...

"Breakfast was very good; the room was spacious and despite facing the street relatively quiet. The cleanliness of the room was poor, and room service was non-existent. There was no towel exchange over the course of three days, no floor cleaning, etc."

"Everything was good. The only problem that we really had was the sliding door in the shower would always roll open. So we had to jam something in the door to keep it closed. I let the staff know when we left. Thanks"

"Room was big & clean. Hotel is not really convenient to dining options. We had someone check into the room beside us with a loud, barking dog. I spoke with the front desk & they briefly talked to the person, but as we feared, the dog started barking again at 1 am. When I say loud, I mean you could hear it barking outside when we pulled in to park & at the front desk when I reported it. Inside our room, it was ridiculous. I think they put pets on first floor, so if you stay here, get a room...

"The pictures are catfishing. This is not a 3 star hotel as "classified". This is a very old hotel without improvements, the cleanliness and conditions of the hotel are questionable. I do not recommend it, I will never stay at this hotel again."

"We got to the hotel past 3PM but front desk said our room was not ready yet. We waited for an hour to get checked in. The pool was fun for the kids but there were no towels! You have to go to the front desk to ask for some towels. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was not a one time thing. It was an every day situation. Wet pool towels are outside the hotel room doors and it stayed there until the next day. I’m sure the staff are doing their best. Management should’ve planned staffing...
