"Visited the property on 5/11/26. Check in went ok. Came down from my room because I needed a couple of paper plates. I approached front desk and the front desk staff was on her personal phone. She looked at me like I was interrupting her phone call. I asked if she had a couple paper plates. She looked at me again like I was disturbing her and I could see she really didn't want to look. Almost told me no without looking. (Mind you there was a whole area for breakfast in the morning). She...

I think there was food splatter on the wall where the refrigerator was located. The pool area looked like it needs some heavy remodeling. There’s a door to nowhere in the pool area (2nd floor) that looks super tacky. "Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it."

"It appears that their reservation software was not working. Took FOREVER to check in only to be given a room key to an occupied room. Clerk then had to go to the new room to confirm it was available before I could get a new room. Cleaning staff pounded on my door fairly early in the morning apparently not knowing that I was checking out later that morning."
