"Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency. "On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again"

"Place was hard to find. It was behind a building that was closed down. The sign was small we missed it. Our room was cute. Minimal nothing fancy. The floor was dirty other than that no complaints"

"My husband and I were in the area for a surgery and because of a reservation mishap at a different hotel we found ourselves having to make a same day reservation at Candlewood. Doug and the rest of the staff made our arrival and check in a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our special requests. The only odd things about this hotel is that it’s built a bit awkwardly with a split entrance way that made things feel cramped leading to the front desk. Also the one ice machine in the hotel...

"The whole floor was clean and organized. The whole floor also felt inviting and comforting. We enjoyed how close we where to everthing. We were both so happy with found this apartment. "

"Big rooms, newly renovated and clean! Lobby area, fitness and pool all under renovation as well as the breakfast room! Once finished it should be very nice! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Room was clean, staff was nice, pool absolutely disgusting. This hotel is a homeless shelter and should not be on here. The people in there walk around completely soaked in the hallways men sitting with legs open in pool area kids spitting all in the pool. My kids could not swim in that, they were so upset. But this is a yucky yucky homeless shelter I do not recommend. "

"Actuality, your app is more difficult than our stay at motel 6 Danvers. Older motel not hotel as others are. Manager helped us finish our booking. I would always stay at motel 6 whenever acoss the country I went. "

"Breakfast was cold no heat under the eggs. The guest rooms although older are very clean with large walk in shower. Parking needs to identify HP Spots closer to door . "
