"The view was great, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was trash in the hallway, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and there was even a used towel left hanging from the previous guest."

But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. "The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."
