"Good breakfast, excellent location on the Riverfront."

"Breakfast was almost a 5⭐but both days the eggs were not even warm as well as the hash browns and sausage. Something that is offered everyday and hot requires better attention. Variety and other options were great. Room and hotel amenities were clean and staff was very courteous."

"Great staff especially at the Restaurant! Eileen and Maddie were amazing! Food and drinks at the restaurant was top-notch! Only complaint was the lack of amenities in the bathroom and there was no counterspace. Towels can also be upgraded given the hotel price."

"The overall stay was okay. We were on the 3rd flood. The walls were paper thin! We had people next to us shouting AND could hear them snoring. That is how things the walls were. We barely got any sleep."

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again. "

"Horrible! I reserved my stay a month ahead. When I arrived i was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had no availability for me. Now imagine YOU coming of an 8+ hour road trip to be told that there is no availability. Please reconsider another hotel before considering Residence Inn @ the Marriot. - they do not value YOU! "

I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!! "Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!"
