"I was disappointed to learn there was an extra fee to park even though there was plenty of parking. We were not in a downtown hub, it’s ridiculous to charge for that. I would have been more understanding if it had been disclosed prior to booking. In addition, the breakfast was poor. Oatmeal was gone by 8am and even though breakfast went for an additional 2 hours we were told no more could be made because there wasn’t time. Bread/bagels/donuts were also running out. "We moved from the area over 25 years ago. We were coming back for Easter and read some of the reviews and was skeptical of staying. We walked in and were greeted with two very friendly staff. The room was clean and we loved the larger fridge. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet only because we were off to a family members house for breakfast on Easter but my husband got coffee and said it looked good. Checking out we had another two very friendly staff members. I would stay there again...

"The room was suppose to be non smoking, the room smell like cigarette smoke, the bed was the same smell. Bath room sink, didnt drain. Went down to get hot water for coffee and it was warm . Didn't feel like the breakfast area was clean. "

"If all you need is a bed and a toilet this place has you covered. No wash clothes in the room. No hair dryer or other creature comforts you might expect. Decorating needs an update pretty bad. But I slept good and left clean so there you go."
