We upgraded to the Queen Anne Suite at check in and wow, what a brilliant decision that was. Need to mention every single member of staff as being a credit to the place too. We will be back. "I wanted to add an extra night last minute and the staff were so helpful to keep us in the same room. We also went into the restaurant to play darts and the staff had great service as the board was away and they were very quick to move things around and change things so we were able to play! "
