"I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff, cleanliness and location. The hotel was a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and other underground lines. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water seemed to heat up quickly and stay hot. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything I needed for a 2-night stay and served its purpose for a solo traveler....

"We stayed for 6 nights. It’s one of London’s older neighborhoods and the building is old as well. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming and we loved it. Breakfast is available and was tasty. The only reason I gave it a lower rating is because the floors at the hotel are really old. "Do not book this room, it is in a 3rd floor that through a tight stair case. If you have luggage you have to carry it all up. The water and electricity did not work until someone showed up after 30 minutes. Check in is really weird with WhatsApp conversation and key safes to unlock. Remember you have to carry all your luggage up and down a 3rd floor, and I am not talking about a regular third floor. You can consider a 5th floor in a normal building. "The only thing i didn't like was that it was a shared bathroom style as there wasn't a toilet/bathroom in my room. However, there were 3 bathrooms to choose from so even if one was occupied, another would be free. Otherwise it was a nice place, the lady that checked me in was polite, cheerful and helpful. My bike had a good, safe space to be kept for the duration of stay, and there was a convenience store just across rhe Street. Well done to them"
