"This is a hidden jewel. Super reasonable, clean and a kitchenette with full size fridge. Family and pet friendly. Breakfast included. Not on the ocean but close to everything. Also an excellent Thai restaurant that shares the parking lot. Softer TP than the Sonesta!"

"A great location and a good price. The grounds were nice with a great view of ponds and a little wildlife of turtles, alligators and birds. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was not so good. The water/juice machine did not work and the food was so so. Bottled water was provided later in the day. All in all, we would stay there again."

"The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night...

"Room was filthy when we checked in there were bedbugs. There were stains all over the sheets. The floors were so filthy. I put my baby down for just two minutes and her feet and her thighs were black. That’s how dirty it was. There was no water pressure in the shower. It literally just dripped. There was no security. And they would not refund my money so I could find a different place. People up in the pool, screaming all night, long with the radio blasting. I do not recommend this hotel at all."

"Partner and I had a great experience other than a few small things. The room was a great value, walking distance to the beach and coligny shopping area, free breakfast was good, staff was nice, free parking, etc. The only big problem I had was the smell in the room. It smelled like a weird kind of cleaning supply but it lingered for the 2 nights we stayed. Wasn’t awful but it was noticeable and a little bothersome. Staff offered to help but there wasn’t much to do about it"

"I am handicapped so I had a handicapped room, but it was on the fourth floor, and it was a rather long walk. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the shower. The knobs were not labeled so we didn’t know which turned on what, but it got figured out and I do need to mention that Rockeyea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again."

"The Olde Harbor Inn was great! The room was very nice. Big living area, small kitchen with fridge, nice bathroom, big bedroom with large window overlooking the Riverfront. The staff were wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. The Happy Hour was fantastic. The location was perfect. Walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Short drive to other areas and because the hotel has private parking, we never had to worry about getting back to the hotel and having to search for a spot at the end of the...
