"The room and hotel itself were very nice, but the hotel has basically no in person staff aside from their cleaners. You can only speak with an AI bot who is programmed to help with most needs, which is nice for getting in and out of the hotel but that’s about it. This bot basically got us kicked out of our room after our request for late checkout didn’t go through, thus forcing us to wait in the unstaffed lobby for 6hrs to wait for our flight. Hotel is good, customer service is not."

"If the rates here reflected the room it would have been ok but it was just as expensive as a much nicer hotel. It was such a weird experience. We had to use key codes and go through two locked hallways to get to our room. The bed was a drop down Murphy bed and the room looked lived in. The staff was wonderful and helpful and I hope they get better support from ownership. There was a weird bar that’s closed down and it looked like someone went to the grocery store and threw some grocery items in...
