"From beginning to end, this was hands down one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming throughout my entire stay, all the way through checkout. One of my favorite perks was the free shuttle service. They provided rides to nearby stores where I could pick up groceries, drinks, and everything I needed to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It was great not having to rely on ordering food or eating...

"This place is under construction and they don't take responsibility for a guest not knowing before booking. Our room is facing the construction, balcony is blocked off with no access, and they gave us a warning as we checked in that we would be subject to construction noise from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for each of our 3 days here. They said we had to talk to Expedia and would not offer any alternate room or compensation. Our experience with the front desk staff was horrible. They were completely...

"great place?"

"The apartments need to upgrade really old and worn out bathroom and cupboards"

"Had to drive through flooding to get to parking. My room was disgusting. Came with a used bar of soap on the bathroom sink! Towels were smelly amd dirty. Along with the pillows. It looked looked like someone had used the room for a quicky and the staff didnt bother to clean at all. "There is a resort fee that required once you arrive at the property. My stay was family friendly and we were accomadated at every request. Im likely to recommend this place to my family and friends."

"In fairness, it’s great value especially for its location. The property and the room were both clean and the staff were very friendly. The only drawback we had is that the bathroom is very tight."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Soleado Hotel! Great location just steps from the ocean, and the quality was well worth the price. A lovely place for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful beach view was very nice overall the hotel was excellent"

"The property is located right on the beach which is convenient. If the Beach is not somewhere you want to be the property has a very nice pool and hot tub with ample lounge chairs. There are many places along the Broadwalk to dine or to have cocktails and the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is everything you expect it to be. I have stayed at this resort many times and always look forward to my next visit. The front desk staff are outstanding and very helpful with any...
