"I have stayed here numerous times, so I have been familiar with the property. I will say this is the first time I was extremely disappointed. Is it out dated? Yes/no (depends where you end up staying). This has not stopped me from booking through out the years. Does the value out weigh the negatives? Some what. This recent trip was just terrible. "The bed was not comfortable. I never have the feeling I am going to fall off the hard mattress bed at home. Faucet in sink would not run cold water and was very very very loose in its mounting. Towels were more like tea towels. Bathtub/shower could have used a bathmat because the tub was very slick plastic. Noise and vibration from trains across the street kept us awake at night. "Staff was helpful and accommodating for a last minute request on a holiday weekend. There needed too be more attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The basics of cleaning were completed but the walls were dirty and the base of the bed needed a good steam clean. "We stayed two days during Memorial Day weekend and it was very busy with lots of families and the hotel staff was wonderful and the property was very clean. Our rooms were very roomy and comfortable with a nice kitchen and eating area. There was also lots of parking. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when I’m in the area again.
