"This place is in need of a major update. The pictures are definitely not up to date. And not having anyone on site isn’t the best idea. Who only gives 2 towels to a room that doesn’t have anyone on site? Had to wait 2 hours for towels. The rooms are warm since they don’t want you to set the AC under 70. They provide a fan which is besides the point. The location of the bathroom is horrible in the rooms. If someone opens the door you’re giving a free show. The shower head was extremely dirty as...

"Very clean, safe property. Staff was always courteous and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of day beds and lounge chairs around the pool. We splurged on a cabana and poolside food service on one of our days there which was worth the money although it would have worked better for us if cabanas could be rented for half day use. Traveled with teens and young adults and chose connecting rooms which gave us plenty of space for our 4 day stay."
