"staff were outstanding. the manager, the cleaners so lovely and front desk went above and beyond to help us when we asked. Night Auditor was so sweet. I had to walk the dog in the middle of the night he would let me back in at the front door and give a few doggie treats for Skunk(our dog). Will stay there every visit to vernon"

When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. "Parking was easy. The kitcken needs to get their act together. We ordered 2 identical meals. We got 1correct. The other 1, I don't know how they arrived at it. Even after pointing it out they could correct it. They did cover the cost. But thats not the point!"

"Checked into a pet friendly room, carpet was disgusting, bedding was dirty, sink plumbing leaked and lock on the patio door was broken. Went to visit other family in another room with 9month old twins and had them laying on the bed when we noticed a thumb tack sticking out of the bedding right between one of my babies legs, proceeded to rip the bedding apart to get the tack and found a large brown stain on the comforter. Eventually got all that bedding changed and then got them to move our room...
