"Stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The facilities are superb with 4 double beds all ensuite, well equipped kitchen with loads of crockery, dishwasher two fired freezers, double oven and even a coffeeachine. good sturdy furniture and a great location for a local beach. There were a few minor issues, the plumbing is noisy, the steps down to the courtyard are dangerous and WiFi very slow (prob nothing to be done) There are two pubs within walking distance and a beach kiosk close...

"We enjoyed our stay at this historic, well-equipped vacation apartment. The property had everything we needed. While the walk into Dartmouth was more than just a gentle stroll, it was a great way to work up an appetite for the town’s restaurants and cafes. We found enough to keep us occupied in Dartmouth and only felt the need to use our car on a rainy day."

"What a beautiful apartment with amazing views and a balcony, well equipped spotless and comfortable, my only slight complaint was that the car parking facility which we required wasnt clear until we got there, not having been to Dartmouth before , we could only unload at the property which then were steps down to the apartment, we had to park down in the town in the Mayors avenue car park then we didnt realise we needed the permit that was back in the apartment, so we had to drive back up to...

"Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return."
