The staff on the front desk were very helpful -- kudos to them."

"Right from the moment i called to confirm some confusion I had with my booking which they quickly cleared up, to the very easy, fast, friendly and efficient check in I was at ease with my choice of properties to stay at during my visit! Upon entering my room I was impressed that it was so clean., had everything i could want or need, to enjoy my stay, roomy and extremely comfortable! Despite there being numerous other guests at the hotel I enjoyed complete peace and quiet throughout my stay, In the morning I enjoyed a wonderful full complimentary breakfast, with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, fruit and delicious pastries to go with my coffee. Check out was smooth and seamless! Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful and professional. The entire property is clean especially my room. The only negative that I noted was there was a slight musty smell in the room upon entering. I brought this up to staff and they took care of it and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I highly recommend this Hotel as a preferred place to stay while visiting Chatham Kent and I will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay to everyone on the team this weekend!
