"Few things were broken in room upon arrival, staff was good about it but still a pain to have to lean a box against the fridge to keep it closed. Big stain on mattress, sheets looked clean. Staff was really good but there was also a large group of teenagers running amok all night long, hotel is right beside ice rink so probably great for tournaments, however for us it was a massive inconvenience for my family of 4 trying to relax after a stressful medical appointment.
