"This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I recently stayed here over a holiday weekend, expecting the same great experience I had on a previous visit. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different, I was shocked and very disappointed Throughout my stay, my room was never cleaned. The sheets were never changed, and I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels. When I asked why housekeeping hadn't serviced the room, I was told it was because of the holiday....

"The room was clean with plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Elevators were a little dirty. Front desk was helpful but there was a storm during our stay. The pool wasnt open on time the next day. We didnt know this and went and asked how to access the pool, dressed in suits with towels. He told us and after we went outside we saw it was closed. We came back in and said 'oh. Its closed temporarily because of the storm.' That part is fine but it was a little irksome that he didnt say...

"From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

"It met our expectations. It was clean, easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure."

The lobby area smelled wonderful however there was an awful sour stench in the elevator area of the 2nd floor in which we stayed. "Outdated. Floors outside not vacuumed. Side door is propped open all the time so anyone can sneak in from there without a card key. Pillows are bricks. Spring beds with that plastic covering you find in a dorm room or prison bed. The fan that circulates the air from the living to bedroom did not work, so I had to sleep in hot heat. Sink's drain plug was half assed fixed with blue tape. Price for what you get sucks, but unfortunately it's the cheapest option around there."
