"The front desk staff member was friendly and quick to get us checked in. With the hotel being a mere few minutes from the airport, it's ideal to save yourself from having to get up earlier than you need to. We had a rental that sat in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes before I returned it -- so we didn't have to deal with the predatory parking. My only complaint is that my floor had numerous teens/young adults who were running up and down the hall. They were slamming doors, loudly arguing...

"I went to the first room I was assigned and turned on the lights, set my bags down, and entered the restroom to use the toilet. Upon lifting the seat, I discovered that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned because someone's bowel movement was sitting in the toilet. "Great place to stay if you are visiting the Philadelphia area. It is located off the highway, but the area is pretty calm and quiet. Conveniently located behind a gas station which serves food and has snacks. The room was nice, but the bathroom was not super clean as there was hair on the tub when we got it. The bed was okay a little hard and the pillows are not very comfortable. The hotel staff were great and friendly. The breakfast was a cute continental breakfast, more like a breakfast bar...

"The room was very clean and very friendly staff. The fact that you charge for parking, breakfast, and the surprise incidental fee on top of the charge for the room, pretty much broke the bank. Did not dare to leave the property in fear of getting charged additionally for parking. Couldn't use pool cause it was filled to capacity with crazy kids."

"First off the ceiling had missing pieces all throughout the hallway! It was dirty and musty! Like literally the gaps were hot, the staff had attitudes and no help or care for customer experience! The pool was closed but didn’t tell anybody but I picked this place for the pool! It was a damn mess!"

"Staff were wonderful despite the many many guests because of multiple sports tournaments in the area. The pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was good well balanced. On site laundry was a big help for washing uniforms between games. One piece of feedback is reducing the abundance of plastic - plasticware, plastic lids, plastic cups, not as environmentally conscious as we would’ve liked. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay."

"The only thing I didn't care for was the bed. It was too, too soft. The pool was great. The breakfasts were plentiful with a nice variety available. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
