"After staying in another well known hotel that was a total nightmare we were VERY happy with all aspects of our stay. We paid the same amount at the other hotel for one night. The staff was pleasant.(The other had very rude staff who ignored our complaints and concerns and we had to leave messages on the phone to communicate with them) The room was clean and had enough towels for two people (The other hotel had one towel and washcloth for two people). We had a good breakfast (The other hotel had breakfast advertised but there was NO breakfast) There was hot (water (the other had NO hot water at all) At the other hotel the toilet flushed all night. The Tv only had 3 channels (all in spanish) and there was black mold on the shower ceiling. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. Spark sure was a great treat and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you !!"
