"The location is fairly far from the city but has easy access to transit to get you anywhere. The hotel also has a shuttle service free for Hyatt members. It takes you to the airport. There is a fee without the membership. There are no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. It wasn’t working the last few days we stayed but things like that happen. No biggie. They also have a water tap in the lobby which can save you a fortune on water. Some of the staff could do better at...

"There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group."

"Always a great hotel and my first pick whenever I go to the Netherlands. On this trip I had 4 separate stays at this hotel. My platinum status was acknowledged 3 times and I was upgraded twice. At my 2nd stay the lady at the front desk apparently did not know free upgrade was a thing for Expedia platinum members. As it was only a one night stay I thought it not worth the hassle. "Prima verblijf, waar voor je geld. Lekker brood en vers fruit bij ontbijt. Als ik wat zou mieten zeuren: kussen van het bed is heel slap, geeft geen steun."

"The location is excellent, and despite it being in the busiest part of the city, you couldn't really hear it from inside the room. Room was comfortable enough, though I'd say the room was reasonably basic. Room was clean, and the linens were of good quality. Staff were super friendly and helpful."
