"Issue with bill"

"1 - keys didn't work 2 - new keys worked, but room stank of smoke 3 - new room w/o fridge or coffee maker 4 - received a coffee maker, but only Decaf coffee 5 - coffee maker missing the coffee holder = UNUSABLE 6 - WHAT A CLUSTER!"

"I liked that It was family friendly, pools, and activities for kids. However, my room had baby cockroaches. I won't be going back because of that."

"Pool policies are lame. Families go and only 21 and over for the pool is a lame rule. "

"Hotel rooms were not what i expected. They were old and stuffy. Mold in the r estroom ceiling. Shower curtains stunk like mildew I would NEVER that theee or recommend anyone to stay there. If i could i have have asked for my kiney back and left but it was late when we arrived and tired. I felt gross sleeping in the bed. Again pictures on the websites was not what we got. We overly paid for what we hot. I think a Motel 6 would have been better"

"unfortunately, there was one major downfall with this stay, which was our room. At the bottom of the door, there was a huge (maybe 2 inch) gap. We were worried bugs would come in and it was also not soundproof at all. You could definitely hear everything from outside as well as the neighbors and upstairs rooms. Besides this, everything was great I definitely would not want to stay in that same area again."
