"the schedule of the shuttle bus should be reviewed.. the bus at 1102pm was packed and the passengers have to wait for 30 minutes for the next bus.. there was pushing and screaming inside the bus.."

"Perfect place to stay near the airport. It’s totally designed to make your stay easy, comfortable and reasonably priced. It’s nothing like your average airport hotel. Nice bar and amenities in the foyer. Self checkin and out. The rooms are small, clean and comfortable with amazing design of bathroom facilities. Very cool. Highly recommend. 300m walk to airport."

"Location was far from the airport, shuttle service inconvenient. There was not enough room/buses to accommodate the amount of guests travelling from the airport to the hotel. The shuttles came hours apart, which caused a backup of people and created chaos when the shuttle finally arrived. The driver took no control over the situation, there was screaming and pushing and more than the maximum capacity of people were squished into the bus."

"The room was large and very well designed with modern amenities. Especially impressed with auto lights that come on in the night below bed and guides to washroom. Nice shower. Super large picture window. Very quiet. Restaurants are amazingly good. Dinner and breakfast. Wow!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and staff was welcoming. Our room was rather small but comfortable with well stocked essentials. Great location. They also offered bikes for use."

"We had a group of 3 so the room we booked was perfect. The room was plenty spacious and clean. Wish there was more lighting in the room but there was a mini kitchen space, microwave, fridge and kettle. The heating system worked fine. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great for a layover. (Free to hotel but small fee to return to airport, you buy passes at front desk). There is also a free water machine on first floor to fill up your water bottles. We did not purchase breakfast so...

"Hotel did not inform us that we were directly adjacent to a construction site where a new hotel was being built, from 6am to 6pm every day. The airport shuttle does not run before 6am. The elevator cannot fit more than 3 persons with luggage. The manager (young blonde woman) was excellent and the best part of the stay."
