We loved the beautiful pools and the Zara Spa with its infinity pool. The young man at the reception desk was very helpful, professional, and kind. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We would definitely return again!"

"I liked the comfort of the bed, size of the room. Balcony with a view of the Dead Sea. Food at breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Didn't like no loo paper at all in gents loo by the pools on day 2 (limited loo paper in some loos on day 1). Bedside light worked on day 1 then stopped working. No hot water for a shower at about 5:45pm (it did heat up about 45 minutes later but annoying when you expect to shower)."
