"The room was not cleaned well. Found trash in the bathroom from past customers, bathroom door was very dirty and the lock looks like it had been tampered with, clothing storage/drawers were also filthy. My family was pretty disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time we were there for spring break as I called to confirm there was an indoor pool. It was confirmed that they indeed had one and it would be open 7 days a week. We were also kept up all night, 2 nights in a row from the room...

"The hotel is great. Clean and everything you need for a quick stay. The one thing? The lighting in the rooms is, shall we say, icy and blinding. Really unpleasant. Please rethink whatever bulbs you're using. I dreaded putting the lights on. Just a thought. Other than that, everything good. Thank you."

"The main issue was that my bedroom on the 1st floor had an unlocked window so anybody could've climbed into my room through the window had I not checked it! The place had some sketchy characters outside, it often smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby and the receptionist would smoke just a few steps outside of the lobby. The hallway smelled funky too. I also didnt like that the receptionist announced my room number out loud twice. Nowadays that's a big no-no. The hotel room number shouldn't...
