"The first room they put us in was not nice at all, it mainly overlooked the car park and the full height glazing did not give us any privacy. Everyone walking by, could see straight into our room and the private pool. We asked to be moved to another room, they moved us the following day. "2/10 - Not worth the 5-star label Food was a major letdown across all three meals — cheap, clearly deep-frozen quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks at the pool bar were watered down. The room had a bug problem, unsurprising given there were no screens on the windows or doors. Common areas (lobby, pool, and beach sections) had visibly dirty couches and armchairs, and the restaurant furniture was only half-heartedly cleaned. In the room, the shower floor's angle meant water leaked...
