"Property was great. Staff was great. The pool was wonderful. But I do not recommend eating at Aeon. After 2 hours and 45 minutes...we received all of our meals. An hour apart from our family of five arrival of 1st meal. The restaurants manager did not offer any explanations or apologies. The food was not as good as the Isla Brown's food service provided."

"It's nice. The hotel is right on the beach and the swimming pools are big. There's not too many sun loungers so you have to get in there quick. The staff are good but the bar staff always seemed a little under pressure. The entertainment is also good but is targeted towards their mainly French guests but they do try to include everyone. "It pains me to write this as Elivi has been a long time favourite, but so much just wasn't up to standard this year, especially when you consider the price. Our swim up room was perfect and made our stay but other things fell flat, particularly service in all areas. Reception staff uninterested, breakfast staff nonchalant.
