"They cannot call it a suite just because they squeezed a worn out hide-a-bed love seat next to the bed. It had stains and the bottom looked like it was scratched up by someones cat. The layout of the room was useless. Unless you want to sit on the nasty couch, you had to watch the tv by laying at the bottom of the bed. There was a carpet strip around the base of the room (in place of regular trim) that was coming off in several spots. The bathroom had a metal framed picture on the wall that was...

"The jacuzzi room we stayed in was very nice and clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay again."

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."

"We traveled for 12 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. We were greeted with "the suite you booked is no longer available". Anna at the front desk blamed "maintenance issues". We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be. Apparently a sleeper sofa will fit two people (according to Anna) -...

"Room were not ready upon check in"

"In our room the carpet felt sticky, the wallpaper was coming apart at the corners, it smelt musky, the curtains would not stay closed, the bath tub had mold in spots and the paint on the tap was peeling. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never entered our room. We had to go get clean towels. The breakfast was just okay. There was a large dumpster out front of hotel with a big pile of junk next to it. The pool area needed cleaned, the water was murky and could have used a good cleaning also."

"This was my second stay in month in a half. The room this time was not to clean. However; i brought bleach wipes abs Lysol with me. The hotel wasn't even half full"

"The room was very clean, towels were very clean and extra soft. My only issue is the room has a stale smell to it. Stuffy if you will. Staff super nice especially the gentleman at the front desk."
